Our Process
We work out exactly what's failing - washer, O-ring, cartridge or the tap body itself - and check the water pressure while we're at it, because high pressure is a tap killer.
If a repair will hold, we repair. If the tap is at the end of its life, we say so - replacing a worn-out tap once beats paying to re-washer it every winter.
Full flow and shut-off test, plus a check of the connections under the bench so you're not calling us back for the joint we didn't look at.
Work area cleaned up, old parts taken away, and a quick once-over of your other taps while we're there - no charge for looking.
